TitleCopy letter from Joseph Larmor, to The Under Secretary of State for India, India Office, S.W.
Date6 March 1902
DescriptionRegarding the work on the Colaba Observatory the Observatories Committee makes three recommendations regarding scale of measurement, obtaining a Richarz' Thermograph and the site of the Observatory.

The Committee also makes two recommendations on the Kodaikanal Observatory: the list of staff should be provided and that the report on the work should provide clearer information, as it is currently too vague to make a judgement on the observations.
