DescriptionJ S Budgett, M A Balfour Student at the University of Cambridge, is about to proceed to the West Coast of Africa to continue, and if possible, complete, the investigations on the Development of Polyterus and allied Fishes on which has for some time been engaged. He will probably travel up the basin of the Congo, and so pass on into Uganda. The Royal Society have already applied to H M Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs to ensure facilities for his investigations when travelling, and they hope the Academy will be able to do the same.
