DescriptionThe Royal Society have appointed Dr G C Low, Dr C Christy and Dr A Castellani as observers for the Sleeping Sickness Commission in Uganda, and that they are ready to start as soon as the passages can be secured for themselves and their baggage, which will be somewhat heavy. Foster has instructed Low and Christy to call at the Foreign Office to receive any instructions.
