DescriptionHuggins' note to Foster came just before Harrison was going to print the document for Council. He took his note to the House of Commons and saw Foster, he was quite decided against inserting the part Huggins suggested. Harrison has therefore printed the document as it stood. Expects Foster will be writing to him soon.
