DescriptionIn reply to the Messrs request of 8 August 1902, the Messrs are at liberty to borrow the volume of the 'Philosophcial Transactions [of the Royal Society]' containing the steel print illustrating Captain [William de Wiveleslie] Abney and Dr [Arthur] Schuster's paper on 'The Total Solar Eclipse of May 17, 1882'. The volume should be returned in an undamaged condition. Provides instructions for the Messrs messenger to call.
