Quotes the circular Waller completed regarding his paper made no reference to any materials for experiments being sent direct to the Society. Explains that the fish arrived at the Society at 7am and were sent on to Waller's address as the house porter could not reasonably be expected to associate a basket of fish with 'Blaze-Currents'. |
