DescriptionHas received a note this afternoon from Dr Klein saying that Dr Scholberg, of whom he spoke yesterday at the Committee meeting, is willing to go to Uganda. Martin will remember that it was referred to Martin with some other members of the Committee to draw up a scheme of instructions for the observer. A letter is now being written to the Foreign Office asking them to approve and give the necessary facilities for an additional observer.
