TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to, Sir Michael Foster, Secretary of the Royal Society
Date[January 1903]
DescriptionSince Harrison last wrote, Sir Clement Hill has now sent a reply to his instructions for providing arrangements for the Sleeping Sickness team, and it is eminently unsatisfactory. Dr [Joseph] Larmor thinks very strongly that a government department which has sought the help of the Royal Society has no right to then treat one of its Committee members as merely a departmental officer.
