DescriptionRegarding the telegrams relating to Dr Castellani, and stating that he will meet Lieutenant Colonel David Bruce at Mombasa, the Committee wish to impress the importance of detaining Castellani at Entebbe until he has conferred with Bruce. Requests that telegraphic instructions be sent to Uganda informing Castellani that the Committee's instructions are for him to remain at Entebbe with all his equipment, notes and materials, unless his health is so bad that he simply must leave sooner. If this is the case all the notes, etc., must be left behind for Bruce.
