DescriptionThe Committee charged with the investigation into Sleeping Sickness in Uganda is anxious to obtain all the information from other parts of Africa than those affected by the present epidemic. The Committee have drawn up a series of questions for the authorities of the several governments in West Africa where the disease is known or believed to occur.

A similar enquiry might also be made in the West Indies [Caribbean], where there is some reason to believe the disease may have occurred.
