DescriptionThe Society has appointed a Committee to effect the purchase of a quantity of radium bromide, and has placed a sum not exceeding £100 at their disposal for this purpose. At a meeting of the Committee held today is was decided to ask Curie to order two and a half decigrams of radium bromide, through the Societe Centrale de Produits Chimiques, similar to that used for the experiments which Curie performed at the Society on the occasion of his recent visit to London.
