TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to B J Collingwood
Date16 July 1903
DescriptionIn answer to Collingwood's letter with reference to the grants and scholarships awarded by this Society, the only studentships awarded are the Mackinnon Research Studentships, of which Harrison encloses a copy of the regulations [not enclosed]. The last day for receiving applications is 1 June, so that it is too late for applications to be received this year. There is also the Government Grant for Scientific research. Applications for grants from this fund should be made on forms obtainable from the Clerk to the Government Grant Committee, Burlington House. Notice of both the Mackinnon Studentship and the Government Grant appear in the 'Times' and 'Nature' about the commencement of the year.
