TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to A W Playne, Picardy, Amberley, Gloucester
Date21 July 1903
DescriptionIn reply to Playne's letter of the previous day, Harrison has no power to receive a paper unless it be communicated by a Fellow. Playne is probably acquainted with several Fellows to whom he might submit his paper. The paper seems of too technical a character to be likely to gain acceptance for publication by the Royal Society, and he personally would have thought it more suitable for the Society of Arts, to whom he suggests Playne send it.
