TitleCopy letter from Michael Foster and Joseph Larmor, to Reverend Thomas Roscoe Reede Stebbing, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date23 July 1903
DescriptionCouncil on 9 July considered that in view of the present heavy publication expenditure, they could not undertake publication of Messrs Hansen and Sorensen's monograph. They are however ready to contribute £100 from the Government Publication Grant towards the expense of its publication for the Royal Society by the University Press of Oxford or Cambridge. The Society awaits Stebbing's assent before taking steps to ascertain whether such an arrangement can be made.
