DescriptionThe letter from the Treasury, of which Harrison encloses a copy, came this afternoon. Has seen the Treasurer and Sir Michael Foster on the subject and the former will endeavour to see Sir Clements Markham about it before the meeting of the Geographical Society's council this afternoon. They will both be glad to confer with Huggins on the reply that will have to be sent. Discusses arranging a meeting for all three, that day or the following.
