Description | With reference to Sclater's letter received 24 August, the Society has written to the printers regarding the missing numbers of 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' and they have dispatched the missing numbers.
On 31 March all the volumes of the '[Philosophical] Transactions [of the Royal Society]' due to the Museum were sent to the Agent General for the Cape of Good Hope for transmission, and will no doubt reach in due course.
The Royal Society has nothing to do with the sale of the 'Catalogue of Scientific Papers' and applications for copies should be made to Messrs Clay & Sons, Cambridge University Press Warehouse. Fellows of the Society purchase at a reduced rate. |
