TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Robert Bellamy Clifton, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date23 October 1903
DescriptionProfessor Mallet has sent in his paper with a note added and Professor [Joseph] Larmor has now marked it as suitable for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]'. This can only take place under Standing Order 43, which requires Clifton's approval.

Cannot find anything to confirm Clifton's impression that this paper was voted on at the last meeting of the Physics and Chemistry Committee; and he does not see how this could have been, as the paper had only just gone to the second referee, and was not on the agenda.
