DescriptionHuggins' telegram in reply to Sir M Foster has arrived and Harrison has dispatched to the French Embassy a letter which Foster had already prepared asking them to arrange for President Loubet to receive an address [from the Royal Society]. The address ought to have the seal[?] of the Society and Foster proposes summoning a meeting of the Council pro forma for next Thursday. Encloses a notice for Huggins' approval, which Harrison proposes issuing.
