DescriptionIs obliged by Bateson's letter returning Eliot Smith and Copeman's papers. After consulting with one of the Secretaries Harrison is referring the latter paper to Galton.

Is sending Bateson a cheque for £15.8.0 made out to Mr P W M Trap, out of the grant made to the Evolution Committee from the Donation Fund.

Notes the Evolution Committee might charge the expenses of its printing, circulars et cetera to the Royal Society, subject to such expenditures being approved by the Treasurer [Alfred Bray Kempe].
