TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Messrs Harrison & Sons
Date14 December 1903
DescriptionThe Secretaries request that in future all accounts for printing of the Society's publications be made out in greater details than hitherto provided.

Encloses a draft of the form in which they would like to have the accounts made out [not enclosed]. They wish for accounts to be sent in paper by paper instead of volume by volume for the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]'. The accounts for the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' should be send in number by number but with the charges for corrections made out sheet by sheet. These instructions are intended to apply to all costs incurred since the close of the Society's last financial year. Asks if the Messrs are prepared to carry out this request.
