TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to the Editor, The Lancet
Date27 January 1904
DescriptionHarrison responds to Mr Sprigge's letters of 22 January to Professor Joseph Larmor and himself, confirming his telephone message of the previous day, stating that they have no objection to the Lancet re-publishing the Paper by Dr Bashford and Dr Murray read to the Royal Society the previous week. He highlights the Society's regulations on the matter, which state that the Society must communicate the Paper to the outside journal itself and it must be in the form in which it was passed for press in the Society's publications. He asks, therefore, that they delay until they receive the authorised and corrected copy of the paper, which Harrison will send in the next two days.
