TitleCopy letter from Theodore E James, to Professor Joseph Larmor, Secretary, Royal Society
Date8 February 1904
DescriptionThey only received a reply on Monday from Professor Hugh Longbourne Callendar regarding whether the following Thursday would be suitable for the Physics and Chemistry Committee, so he suspects Larmor will not arrange it for that day. Callendar will take any day the following week which suits Larmor.

He proposes Monday or Tuesday at 3pm, noting that the Scientific Relief Committee at 3pm on Tuesday should not present a problem as it is at 4pm and Callendar anticipates the Committee's business taking no more than an hour. James will send the summonses once he has Larmor's instructions.
