DescriptionHarrison reports his note at Council concerning 'Antarctic Observations' which states that Larmor is to ask the Meteorological Office for an explanation of their statement about "impossibility" and more detailed information about publication, and that a letter is to be sent to RGS [Royal Geographical Society] with an explanatory covering letter and enquiring about the guarantee 'holding good'.

Harrison asks if Larmor will draw up a minute, or whether one made from this note will suffice.
