DescriptionHarrison states that the Advisory Committee of the Royal Society have under consideration the report, enclosed by the Under Secretary, by Mr Sprott of the India Public Works Department on his investigations into systems of sewage works in England. Sir Michael Foster, a member of that Committee as well as of the Royal Commission on the disposal of sewage, would like to be put in contact with Sprott with the intention of arranging an interview with him.
