TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Martin Hardie, National Art Library, Victoria & Albert Museum, S.W.
Date22 March 1904
DescriptionHarrison apologises for the delay in responding, which was caused by the pressure of work. He explains that manuscripts at the Royal Society are kept under stricter conditions than books in the Library, and are only accessible to Fellows of the Society or those who have been introduced by them. However, if Hardie makes a formal written request for access, he will arrange for the manuscript to be ready whenever it suits him to visit between 11-1pm or 2-5pm, any day except Saturday.
