TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Edwin Ray Lankester, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date20 April 1904
DescriptionHarrison will send a card for the Soirée to Mr Barratt.

He explains that two meetings of the Royal Society Committee were held in relation to the forthcoming International Assembly, and although Lankester received summonses he apparently attended neither. Harrison encloses a list of delegates appointed by other nations, and states that the Society has yet to formally appoint its delegates but will do so next week, and Harrison assumes it will include those who attended the Paris meeting. He also includes a provisional programme of the week's proceedings, and states that the list of those to be invited to the dinner will be settled by the Officers the following week.
