DescriptionThe second botanical referee, Francis Darwin, has reported that Dr W J Russell's paper on 'The Action of Wood on a Photographic Plate in the Dark' should be published in full. Russell has agreed to it being published in the B series of 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]'. Professor Larmor has therefore authorised printing.
