The Physics and Chemistry Committee have passed her paper for 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' subject to some considerations. Larmor has looked through the paper himself, and he does not see how the [?] matter can be omitted without rewriting the paper. Gives her particulars of other recommendations, and his opinion of these.
