TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to William Napier Shaw, [Fellow of the Royal Society], Meteorological Office
Date3 November 1904
DescriptionHarrison is looking for certain books of Observations made at Melbourne by Dr Neumayer at about 1860[?]. There were about 15 volumes presented to the Royal Society in 1870, but no trace of them can be found, save mention that they were presented. As these Observations are meteorological, electrical and magnetic, it is possible they were at one time passed on to the Meteorological Office. Asks Shaw to investigate.
