His commission has been extended for the purpose. There was also a further telegram about appointing an epidemiologist. Colonel David Bruce thinks the committee should be called to discuss the matter. The committee can also consider the question of the African Coast Fever reports. The Colonial Office would like a reply before Thursday. |
