DescriptionIn reply to their letter relating to the Italian Irrigation Bonds drawn, Harrison is desired by the Treasurer to request them to apply the proceedings of the drawn bonds to the purchase of an equal number of new bonds, and to inform him of the purchase price of these bonds.

Sending a cheque for £58-0-4 to be placed to the credit of the Rayleigh Portrait Fund account. The payment should balance the account, which will now be closed. Also sending rhe pass book to be made up [no enclosures]. Any amount standing to credit should be paid over to the Royal Society for petty expenses.
