Date11 January 1905
DescriptionHis official letter will have due attention. [Sir Michael] Foster agrees with Dyer's proposal that the animal diseases sub-committee should be discharged and that its function should be transferred to the Tropical Diseases Committee. The Tropical Diseases Committee declined to accept the duty and thought that it had better remain at present in the hands of the Indian Advisory Committee. There may be no occassion to call the sub committee together.
