TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs Clay & Sons, Cambridge
Date23 December 1889
DescriptionRix reports that the Royal Institution in Albermarle Street have complained that many of Clay & Sons cards and letters are addressed "Royal Society, Albermarle Street", which results in their being sent to the Royal Institution instead of the Society at Burlington House. The most recent instance was a double postcard for acknowledgement of Professor Arthur Cayley's works, but they state that this often occurs.
