TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Edward Albert Schafer, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date24 April 1889
DescriptionSchafer's letter was wrongly addressed to 'Burlington' without the addition of 'House' and so has only just reached Rix, who further notes the contents of the envelope as his letter and manuscript, although the letter was not sealed. Rix infers from the sending of an abstract, that the paper be considered for 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society', but asks for confirmation.
