TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Edward Bagnall Poulton, Wykeham House, Oxford
Date30 May 1889
DescriptionRix states that the letter to Oldfield Thomas was from Michael Foster and not him, but Rix will show Poulton's answer to Foster.

Foster believes Poulton's note to be sufficiently substantial to necessitate going before the Committee of Papers, and if it is added to Thomas's paper, that will of course delay Thompson's paper until Poulton's is passed by Committee. However, this will happen if Poulton wishes it to.
