TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Valentine Ball, Science and Art Museum, Kildare Street, Dublin
Date8 June 1889
DescriptionSince they supplied Ball with copies of the 'Catalogue of Scientific Papers', negotiations with Messrs Clay have concluded, with the result that they are to limit copies supplied to Fellows of the Royal Society. Fellows can now only have one set supplied at the reduced price, with no Fellow already in possession of a copy able to purchase another at that price.

Rix therefore refers Ball to Messrs Clay & Sons to provide a price for another set, noting that he believes they intend to give some reduction on sets.
