TitleCopy letter from Alfred H White, to Messrs Wesley & Son, Essex Street, WC
Date17 Jul 1889
DescriptionWhite, Assistant Librarian to the Royal Society, notes that due to an apparent oversight on the Society's part they have received, as part of this morning's parcel, two duplicates, namely number 77 of the 'Journal of the Institute of Electrical Engineers' and a number of 'The Quarterly Journal of Microscopical Science'. White asks if they can be taken back.

To avoid future such errors, he mentions that the latest number of the ' Messenger of Mathematics' that the Society holds is 210 from October 1888, and number 93 of the 'Quarterly Journal of Mathematics' from June 1888. White also requests that an invoice accompany each parcel that they deliver.
