TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to C F Winter'sche Buchandlung, Johannesgasse No8, Leipzig
Date26 February 1889
DescriptionRix states that a parcel containing a work on Protozoa by Professor Oscar Bütschli was sent to the Royal Society by them some time ago, but never reached them. A letter incorrectly addressed to the Royal Philosophical Society eventually reached them, and Rix suggests the parcel also had the wrong address.

They have made enquiries with the Post Office authorities, but need to know whether it was sent by book or parcel post before they can proceed.
