TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to [John William Strutt] Lord Rayleigh, [Royal Society]
Date24 September 1889
Description'My Lord,
I was sorry to find upon my return to town that the 'Proceedings' ['Proceedings of the Royal Society'] were not yet issued. I have now divided the number into two, & the first part will be issued almost immediately. I have managed to settle all the queries in the second part & I enclose herewith the sheet which completes the whole. Will your Lordship be good enough to look through it and return it to me at your earliest convenience.
Your obedient servant
Herbert Rix
Asst Sec [Assistant Secretary]'.
