Is it not time that the Sub Committee appointed by the Library Committee before the recess, to consult concerning the books at present stored in the basement, should commence operations? If you can fix a time convenient to yourself I will summon the other members viz Messrs W G [William Grylls] Adams, [Thomas George] Bonney & [Henry Tibbats] Stainton.
