DescriptionRix encloses a cheque for seven pounds and seven shillings from Fellows of the Royal Society for the Pasteur Fund, with the list of donor names and amounts and the objects to which they are to be applied; namely donations for the General Fund from Professor Joseph Norman Lockyer, Dr Edward Emanuel Klein, and Mr Andrew Ainslie Common.

Rix further notes that there are a few promised amounts which have yet to be paid to them.
