DescriptionProfessor [Joseph] Larmor's report on Professor Marcus Hartog's paper on 'The Dual Force of the Dividing Cell', and a note from Mr Darwin and a further note from Larmor regarding the diagrams, are enclosed [no enclosures]. The two botanical referees to whom the paper was first sent both reported favorably on the botanical interest of the paper but felt unable to report on the physical aspects of the work. The paper was sent to H T Brown as a third referee but he is unable to report. Asks Ward how to proceed.
