DescriptionHas been authorized to proceed with the printing of Chree's paper 'On an Analysis of the Results from the Falmouth Magnetographs on 'Quiet' Days during the Twelve Years 1891 to 1903', in the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' subject only to the modifications proposed in the first part of Chree's 'Alternative I,' enclosed in his letter of 24 January. Asks Chree to send the copy he says he has with the portions to be omitted crossed through, he will send it to the printers and the original manuscript will be preserved at the Society.
