DescriptionThe Secretary's letter of 4 January relating to the printing of the Oxford portion of the Astrographic Catalogue was communicated by the Royal Society to the University of Oxford for their consideration. Quotes the decree that the University passed on 14 March, stating that they will contribute up to £100 towards the printing by the Controller of His Majesty's Stationary Office of that portion of the catalogue which has been executed under the direction of the Savilian Professor of Astronomy at the University Observatory, provided not more than £150 shall be paid on this account in any one year, beginning with the year 1905.

The Board of Curators of the University Chest request the Royal Society to put their Secretary, W B Gamlen into communication with the authorities of H M Treasury.
