| Description | In answer to Vines letter with reference to the papers by Messrs Kall and Miller, and Miss E Dale, referred to Vines by the Chairman of the Botany Committee, it would probably save time if Vines would return both manuscripts at once. The papers have to go to second referees, and it will perhaps be possible to obtain reports from them during Vines' absence from Oxford, and to send the papers to Vines on his return in May. Will send Vines' suggestion with reference to Dale's paper to the Chairman. |
