DescriptionWith reference to the annual report of the Board of Scientific Advice for India, which was sent to the members of the Observatories Committee last week, Professor [Joseph] Larmor thinks that a letter on the lines of the enclosed draft might be sent to the India Office [not enclosed]. Asks if Christie thinks it necessary to summon a meeting of the Committee. Committee's approval of the letter could be obtained by correspondence.

Also encloses a letter from Professor Turner, relating to photograph VII of the Report [not enclosed], which should be returned.
