TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor John Newport Langley, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date16 January 1905
DescriptionDr [Joseph] Larmor has asked Langley to send the enclosed correspondence [not enclosed] and to beg Langley's advice, before the Council Meeting, as to what it would be best to propose to the Council in the matter. Professor Halliburton is mistaken that there was a definite decision of Council as to the form of compliment to be paid to Senor Garcia. The mode of recognizing the occasion on the part of the Royal Society remains quite open.
