TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir William Crookes, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date8 May 1905
DescriptionHas been discussing the exhibits for the Soiree with the Secretaries and has been asked to write to Crooks to suggest that a book of autographs, such as it was proposed to ask Mr Wright to show, is hardly suitable for a crowded occasion such as this, especially if the exhibitor is likely to be asking visitors for their signature. If Crookes does not feel strongly in favour of the exhibit, and if he has not already spoken to Mr Wright on the subject, Harrison asks if Crookes would be inclined to reconsider.
