TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Joseph Jackson Lister, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date9 May 1905
DescriptionMr Wilson has sent an account in to the Society for drawings and blocks illustrative of his paper recently communicated on 'Nummulites', and he is placed in somewhat of a difficulty about putting it forward for payment as the work was not done to the order of the Society and is charged at a rate materially higher than that which the Society would usually pay. More over it is not the principle of the Society to pay for the preparations of authors' drawings. Asks if Lister can help with any proposal or explanation which would make it easier to put the matter through.
