TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir Henry Enfield Roscoe, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date11 May 1905
DescriptionIn reply to Roscoe's note, has obtained authority to send cards of invitation for this year to Dr Dukin and Colonel Addison, but seeing as the Society already send invitations officially to the Directors and two bacteriologists and two pathological chemists at the Lister Institute, the invitations Rocsoe has mentioned will not be treated as permanent unless Roscoe desires to put that proposition before the Soiree Committee. The Soiree Committee has this year tended to restrict the list of invitations owing to the crowded state of the rooms on former occasions.
